Quaker Parrot For Sale in ST Louis

We have to part ways with our beloved Quaker Parrot. Kramer is very loving and affectionate. We call him a he however the bird has not been DNA sexed. He comes with his cage, play stand and a ton of toys. He is a very spoiled bird and we have invested a lot of money into him. His cage, toys and play stand cost well over $600 not including the bird.
